In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

When collecting personal data, you will be informed about the purpose, legal basis (Article 6 of the GDPR), and retention period of the data processing.

If your personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties processing the data on our behalf, particularly:

  • Public authorities or other entities authorized by law (e.g., Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Health, Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, National Labour Inspectorate).
  • Postal or courier service providers for correspondence delivery.
  • Banks, if necessary for financial transactions.
  • External service providers, such as IT system providers supporting our operations.

The Administrator may transfer personal data to a third country or international organization, but only in justified cases and in compliance with legal requirements.

You have the right to:

  • Access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Request data portability, as specified in Chapter III of the GDPR.
  • Object to data processing, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.

No automated decision-making or profiling will take place based on your personal data (i.e., no actions under Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR).

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

  • President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the specified purpose. Without providing your data, it may not be possible to achieve this purpose.
